Contributed to SAGE (Sysco Agentic Ecosystem), a horizontal AI capability layer that powers multiple vertical applications with agentic workflows.

• Designed and prototyped scalable, reusable agents: API agents, data-extraction agents, database-interaction agents and generic answer-generation agents.
• Built RAG integrations and configurable workflows so downstream applications can plug in AI-driven automation for their own use cases.
• Built modular, configurable components that improve operational efficiency, working on an enterprise-grade automation stack.
• Part of the engineering team behind SAGE, winner of the Newsweek 2026 AI Impact Award (AI Brand & Retail – Best Outcomes).

• Integrated the LIA AI chatbot with WhatsApp by building a dedicated WhatsApp channel application.
• Built a real-time "Channel Chat" feature in a peer-to-peer app so human agents can talk to users.
